Corporation Members
The Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)’s current Chairman,
YB Dato' Haji Abdul Manan Ismail, was appointed on 1 July 2010.
 
The powers and functions of MyIPO are as provided under the
Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 (Act 617).
 
List of Appointed Members of the Corporation
 
The Corporation shall consist of the following members:
 
 a Chairman;
 four members representing the Government (of which one member is the Deputy
    Secretary General);
 three other members who have relevant knowledge or experience in intellectual
    property and intellectual property related matters; and
 the Director General.
