MyIPO’s Guest of Honour
MyIPO was overwhelmed by the visit made by His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam to MyIPO’s booth during the Brunei International Halal Product Expo 2009 (IHPE2009) which was held at the International Convention Center (ICC), Berakas from 28th July to 1st August 2009.
IHP expo was to facilitate and to create opportunities for local and international entrepreneurs for their business networking at international level. 23 countries participated in this event which includes entrepreneurs from halal food products, non-food products and also financial services. 38 Malaysian companies including the government and related agencies also took part in the event. IHPE2009 was officiated by His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah.
MyIPO hopes that by joining this event, it will continue to promote and to strengthen MyIPO’s presence in Brunei as well as to encourage registration of IP rights in Malaysia. In addition, it also gives greater exposure to MyIPO to expand the network of MyIPO’s Branch, Sabah Office.
