| TRAINING FOR OFFICIALS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEPARTMENT, MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, SULTANATE OF OMAN | |

29 November 2011- MyIPO conducted a four-days training from 29 November – 2 December 2011 for two officials of Intellectual Property Department, Ministry of Commerce, Sultanate Of Oman, Mr. Badar Al Naser Al-Hinaai and Mrs Mansoora Mahmood Al-Khusaibi.
The four-days training focused on the IP system in Malaysia, especially on practices of receiving the PCT application in Malaysia. This includes the formality requirements and technical advice to address the concern and needs in implementation of the PCT in relation to MyIPO as a receiving office.
It is hoped that the training benefits the Intellectual Property Department, Ministry of Commerce, Sultanate Of Oman to be able to adopt Malaysia system into their system.
