MEETING ON PILOT PROJECT IP ONLINE FILING

6 January 2012 – MyIPO has organized a meeting with 16 representatives from intellectual property’s agents at MyIPO office, Menara UOA Bangsar.

The meeting was intended to receive feedback and assist the intellectual property’s agents in utilizing the IP Online system which has been launched on 15 February 2011. Since its launch, IP Online has recorded 15,246 transactions for trade mark and 2,440 transactions for patent.

Besides, the meeting has also discussed on the MyIPO’s initiative to receive patent specifications in softcopy together with the manual application.
