TENDER BAGI MEMBEKAL, MEMBANGUN, MENGHANTAR, MEMASANG, MENGUJI, MENGUJITERIMA DAN MENTAULIAH PERKAKASAN, PERISIAN, APLIKASI, PANGKALAN DATA, PERKHIDMATAN SERTA PENYELENGGARAAN BAGI PEMBANGUNAN SISTEM PENGURUSAN HARTA INTELEK (SPHI) PERBADANAN HARTA INTELEK MALAYSIA (MyIPO)

 

Berdaftar dengan Kementerian Kewangan di bawah Kod Bidang:

 

·      210101 (Hardware (low end technology) -Supply all types of computer hardware including PC, notebook, printer, document scanner, peripherals and maintenance),

·      210102 (Hardware (high end technology) – All types of server, mainframe, high end Printers, storage area network (SAN, NAS));

·      210103 (Software – Supply all computer software, operating system, database, off-the-Shelf packages including maintenance);

·      210104 (Software/System development/ Customazation and maintenance including data entry, data processing);

·      210105 (Telecommunication/networking-supply product, infrastructure, services, including maintenance (LAN/WAN/Internet/Wireless/Satelite));

·      210106 (Data management – Provide services including Disaster);dan

·      210107 (ICT security and firewall, encryption, PKI, Anti virus).

  1. The Tender Document and other information can be obtained at the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), Payment Counter, Unit 1-7 & Mezzanine, Tower B, Menara UOA Bangsar, No. 5. Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, 59000 Kuala Lumpur during office hours from 28th February 2017 – 29th March 2017 (Monday – Friday). Payment for the Tender Document may be made in Cash/Money Order/Bank Draft payable to Perbadanan Harta Intelek Malaysia. The Tender Document is RM115.50 each. Payments made are not refundable.
  2. Tenderers are required to present their company’s original and photocopy (not refundable) certificate of registration with the Ministry of Finance at the time of purchase the Tender Document(s). Completed Tender Documents shall be deposited in the tender box located at the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), Finance Department, Level 18 Tower B, Menara UOA Bangsar, No. 5. Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, 59000 Kuala Lumpur before 12.00 noon on 29th March 2017 (Wednesday). Late submission will not be considered.
  3. Tenderer are required to attend a COMPULSORY tender briefing/site visit as per detail above. Only NOMINEE in Company Registration Certificate or REPRESENTATIVE confirmed by letter of delegation of authority can attend the tender briefing/site visit and only Suppliers/Tenderers who attended the tender briefing/site visit allowed to present/participate in this tender offer. Kindly ensure that the Tender Document has already been purchased.
