The Intellectual Property Training Centre (IPTC) aims to be a centre of excellence for enhancing IP human capital through teaching, training and research in IP related areas.

IPTC delivers its capacity building programmes at the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur; through MyIPO branch offices in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching; and in collaboration with higher learning institutions, professional bodies, industry partners, and other leading IP institutions.

Its programmes cater to all stakeholders – inventors, creators, IP professionals, business managers, government officials, students, academicians and the civil society.
