| The Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)'s current Chairman, YB Dato' Haji Abdul Manan Ismail, was appointed on 1 July 2010. |
The powers and functions of MyIPO are as provided under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 (Act 617).

| List of Appointed Members of the Corporation |
| The Corporation shall consist of the following members: |
- a Chairman;
- four members representing the Government (of which one member is the Deputy Secretary General);
- three other members who have relevant knowledge or experience in intellectual property and intellectual property related matters; and
- the Director General.
