What is RSS?

RSS (2.0) is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication or RDF Site Summary (RSS 0.9 dan 1.0) is an application of XML (Extensible Markup Language) according to the specifications of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is a news syndication format used as an agent to get the news or online data from web pages that support this application.
