COURTESY VISIT TO THE MALAYSIAN TIMBER INDUSTRY BOARD (MTIB)

17 July 2023 – The MyIPO delegation, led by Mr. Sh. Ariffin Sh. Mohd Noor, Assistant Director-General (Business Planning & Development), paid a courtesy visit to MTIB. The primary objective of this visit was to establish cooperation with MTIB in promoting the registration of industrial designs, particularly to MTIB and its affiliated associations. This effort aims to encourage and increase applications for the registration of local intellectual property.

Also present during this visit were the Director-General of MTIB, YBrs. Dr. Mohd Nor Zamri Mat Amin; Deputy Senior Director, Industrial Development Division, Mr. Abdul Rafa Tan; as well as senior officials from both sides.
