MESYUARAT KE-65 WIPO DI GENEVA, SWITZERLAND

9 Julai 2024 – MyIPO menghadiri 65th Series of Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO (Mesyuarat ke-65 WIPO) di Geneva, Switzerland dari 9 hingga 17 Julai 2024. MyIPO diwakili Pengerusi, YBrs. Ts. Dr. Mohd Zuhan Mohd Zain dan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Strategik dan Teknikal), YBrs. Puan Yusnieza Syarmila Yusoff.
Tujuan mesyuarat ini adalah untuk membincangkan perkara-perkara dasar berkaitan harta intelek, memuktamadkan dan memberi mandat kepada isu-isu yang telah dibincangkan di peringkat Standing Committee dan Kesatuan bagi paten, hak cipta, cap dagangan, reka bentuk perindustrian, petunjuk geografi dan pengetahuan tradisional.
Turut hadir, Pengarah Bahagian Dasar dan Hubungan Antarabangsa, Puan Nur Mazian Mat Tahir dan Penolong Pengarah Bahagian Dasar dan Hubungan Antarabangsa, Encik Khairul Zaman Musatafa Kamal.

65TH WIPO MEETING IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND

9 July 2024 – MyIPO attended the 65th Series of Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland from July 9 to 17, 2024. MyIPO was represented by the Chairman, YBrs. Ts. Dr. Mohd Zuhan Mohd Zain, and the Deputy Director General (Strategic and Technical), YBrs. Puan Yusnieza Syarmila Yusoff.
The objective of this meeting was to discuss policy issues related to intellectual property, finalize and mandate issues that have been deliberated at the Standing Committee and Unions for patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications, and traditional knowledge.
Also present were the Director of the Policy and International Affairs Division, Puan Nur Mazian Mat Tahir, and the Assistant Director of the Policy and International Affairs Division, Encik Khairul Zaman Mustafa Kamal.
