MESYUARAT ANTARA UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE (USPTO) DAN MyIPO

5 Mac 2024 – Telah berlangsung mesyuarat antara United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) dan MyIPO yang dipengerusikan oleh YBrs. Puan Yusnieza Syarmila Yusoff, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Strategik & Teknikal) MyIPO. Mesyuarat ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan perancangan kerja bagi pelaksanaan kerjasama dua hala antara kedua belah pihak.
Hadir sama Penolong Ketua Pengarah (Pendaftaran dan Pematuhan), Pn. Sharifah Nadiah Syed Sheikh; Pengarah Bahagian Cap Dagangan dan Petunjuk Geografi, Pn. Badi’ah Abbas, dan Penasihat Kanan Cap Dagangan USPTO, Nancy Omelko, serta Attache Harta Intelek Serantau untuk Asia Tenggara USPTO, Matthew Kohner.

MEETING BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE (USPTO) AND MyIPO

5 March 2024 – A meeting was held between the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and MyIPO chaired by Ms. Yusnieza Syarmila Yusoff, Deputy Director General (Strategic & Technical) of MyIPO. This meeting was held to discuss the work plans for the implementation of the bilateral cooperation between both parties.
Also, in attendance were, Assistant Director General (Registration and Compliance), Ms. Sharifah Nadiah Syed Sheikh; Director of the Trademark and Geographical Indication Division, Ms. Badi’ah Abbas; Senior Counsel for Trademark, USPTO, Ms. Nancy Omelko; and the Regional IP Attache for Southeast Asia at USPTO, Mr. Matthew Kohner.
