2. MyIPO, EUROPEAN PATENT OFFICE AND JAPAN PATENT OFFICE SIGN MoU TO PURSUE COLLABORATION ON IP SYSTEMS AND PRACTICES
PATENT DRAFTING WORKSHOP WITH UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA (UUM)
12 October 2021 – Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) organized a virtual Patent Drafting Workshop with the Innovation and Commercialization Center (ICC) of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
The two -day workshop aims to provide understanding to the university officials on the patent drafting, hence encouraging patent filing among university researchers and lecturers.
Participants were split into two breakout rooms based on their related fields. The session was facilitated by MyIPO’s officers.
A total of 15 participants consist of UUM’s researchers and lecturers have participated in this workshop.
