CHAIRMAN

YBRS. TS. DR. MOHD ZUHAN BIN MOHD ZAIN

YBrs. Ts. Dr. Mohd Zuhan bin Mohd Zain was appointed as the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) on March 1, 2023.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (MIS) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2003, a Master’s degree of Management Information Technology (MIT) in 2010, and subsequently obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems (IS) from UTM in 2019. He has been recognized as a Professional Technologist (Ts) by Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT) in 2020.

He started his career as a Business Development Manager in a private company in 2003. He has extensive experience in the Internet of Things market and Artificial Intelligent.

He was given a role in the Johor government as a Councillor in the Kluang Municipal Council and Personal Advisor to the Johor State Executive Council under portfolio of Entrepreneurs and Cooperatives in 2018 to 2020.

As a corporate member, he has remained the Chairman of the Software Company since 2006. In addition, he has also remained the President of Al Fateh Education Group Malaysia since 2015. He has also founded an e-commerce company since 2020 and acts as the Chairman.
