May 5, 2025 – MyIPO is deeply honoured to receive recognition as a Strategic Partner from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) in conjunction with the celebration of MPOB’s 25th anniversary on 1 May 2025. Since its inception, MPOB has played a pivotal role in positioning Malaysia’s palm oil industry on the global stage. To mark this significant milestone, MPOB hosted the Silver Jubilee Gala Night as a tribute to the partners and stakeholders who have contributed to the industry’s success. MyIPO was proud to receive a Special Recognition Award in appreciation of its continued commitment, strategic cooperation, and contributions to the growth of the national palm oil sector. The award was accepted by MyIPO Director General, Tuan Kamal Kormin, who attended the event as a guest of honour. Congratulations to MPOB on 25 outstanding years of achievement!


The 2024 Excellent Service Award Ceremony for the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) and its agencies took place today at Dewan De’ Seri Endon, Puspanitapuri, Putrajaya. The event was officiated by the Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, YB Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali, to honour public service officers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and performance. MyIPO extends heartfelt congratulations to its officers who were among the award recipients. This recognition not only reflects their dedication and excellence but also serves as a source of inspiration for the entire MyIPO workforce to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism. Also present were KPDN Secretary General, YBhg. Dato' Seri Mohd Sayuthi Bakar, Deputy Secretary General (Consumer Empowerment), YBhg. Dato' Haji Amran Haji Ahmad, and MyIPO Director General, YBrs. Tuan Kamal Kormin.

May 11, 2025 – Kampung Sungai Jerneh in Lubok China, Melaka has been selected as MyIPO’s adopted village under the One Leader One Village (Santuni MADANI) initiative. With a population of around 300, the village was chosen to focus on improving various aspects of community well-being, including poverty alleviation, educational access, healthcare, unemployment, and infrastructure development. The programme was officially launched by the Director General of MyIPO, Tuan Kamal bin Kormin, and was attended by YB Datuk Hameed bin Mytheen Kunju Basheer, Melaka State Executive Councillor for Public Works, Infrastructure, Public Facilities, and Transport. Through this initiative, MyIPO aims to take a more active role in supporting rural communities toward achieving more balanced development and delivering long-term benefits to the local population. Also present were MyIPO’s Assistant Director General (Administration and Finance), Razhuan Hussin, and the Village Head of Kampung Sungai Jerneh, Jaafar Atan.
